Robert M. Barron concentrates his practice in business and commercial law, business organizations, tax, estate planning and probate, real estate, international matters, intellectual property, complex civil litigation, and preparation of forensic accounting. Mr. Barron has almost 30 years of experience in these areas and has been dealing with corporate, tax and accounting matters as a Certified Public Accountant for over 40 years.
Mr. Barron's business practice focuses on organization governance, including partnership and corporate, drafting and construction of contracts, and employment and labor issues, and his tax practice is focused on the tax impact of domestic and foreign tax codes and the preparation of tax returns. Mr. Barron’s real estate practice deals with both residential and commercial transactions, and his assistance with complex civil litigation and arbitration involves his teaming with other firm lawyers to handle matters relating to commercial and construction disputes, banking practices, fiduciary rights and obligations, negligence and malpractice actions, probate and trust disputes, will contests, and intellectual property and general business litigation.
